Join us for a rare - and delightful! - opportunity to meet, taste, and talk with one of America’s great winemakers, Ken Wright, on Monday, March 15. Ken will be here at Cecile's Wine Cellar from 5-7 pm to pour six of his wines, including two of his seldom-seen whites and four different single vineyard Pinot Noirs -- all from the great Oregon 2008 vintage!
As we’ve told you before, Ken is one of America's - perhaps the world's - masters of growing the finicky Pinot Noir grape and transforming it into luxurious, delicious, wine. As the Wine Advocate’s Robert Parker wrote:

More than just a winemaker, Ken Wright is a master of wine growing and seeking and revealing the unique aspects of each vineyard he tends. My visit with him last summer was a mini-seminar on site, clones, root stocks, green harvesting, and - most of all - terroir.
